Wedding Customers Only – important points to note:
A ‘Wedding Customer’ is a customised order for a client in store that isn’t buying from current stock for 2 or more people. Your order process begins on the day the deposit is paid and sizes are taken.
1. Selection
The client must attend the Shop of Collection and select the suit that he would like for the full party in person.
2. Deposit & Balance
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total suit order value must be paid when the suit has been chosen and measurements taken of the party. This is when your purchase period starts.
The remaining balance must be paid in full in order to release the Wedding suits into your possession.
3. Changes to Original Order
We reserve the right to charge for any changes you make to your order. When costs are incurred within the business down to customer preference.
4. Fitting
i. The client is urged to confirm that his order is in the branch prior to travelling in the unlikely event that there have been unforeseen delays in the delivery of orders.
ii. The clients must come for a fitting on the date stated and try on all garments (except shirt) to make sure they fit and ensure they are fully satisfied prior to ordering all suits within the groom party. All distance measuring (when a client is not present in fitting) will be done so at the clients risk.
iii. It is the responsibility of the client or party member to meet their own expenses (e.g. travel costs, time off work, etc.) incurred during this fitting and collection process.
5. Cancellation of Order
i. In the event of an order being cancelled within 7 days of the deposit date, the deposit will be refunded in full unless conditions (ii) or (iii) below apply. We are unable to accept cancellations after collection for Wedding clients.
ii. In the event of an order being changed after the final collection you have 14 days to report any issues or exchanges
iii. If an order is cancelled, the decision to provide store credit will be entirely at the discretion of the store subject to the order timeline.
